At this stage the focus shifts from validating the idea to building a scalable company, strengthening the business, technological, and financial dimensions of the venture.

Structuring an R&D plan for submission to the Israel Innovation Authority.

Refining your investor presentation ahead of the Roadshow.
Building an investor pipeline, negotiating terms, and managing investor relationships.
A dedicated session to prepare your Roadshow/Demo Day presentation and receive structured feedback.
