BidayaTech was established as a technology innovation center serving the Bedouin community in the Negev region of Israel, operating with support from the Israel Innovation Authority (IIA) under Track 9 β Tenufa.
We believe that geography and background should never be barriers to innovation. Our center provides the infrastructure, mentorship, and resources that help Bedouin entrepreneurs and young professionals build competitive, scalable businesses.

Ibrahim Nsasra is a Bedouin entrepreneur and philanthropist from Lakia in the Negev. He holds a B.A. in Education and an M.A. in Public Policy from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He founded Lahav Tours, one of Israel's leading transportation companies, and channeled its success into broad community impact. In 2015, he established the Tamar Center in the Negev, a STEM education organization dedicated to advancing academic achievement and socioeconomic mobility for the Bedouin community. He serves on the Co-Impact Business Council promoting Arab employment and on the board of the Abraham Initiatives Fund. He was named among TheMarker's 100 Most Influential People in 2019 and received the Ben-Gurion University Award for socioeconomic action in the Negev.

Eyal Waldman is an Israeli entrepreneur, philanthropist, and recipient of the Israel Prize for Entrepreneurship and Technological Innovation (2024). In 1999, he co-founded Mellanox Technologies, which was acquired by Nvidia for approximately $6.9 billion in 2020. He previously co-founded Galileo Technology, later sold to Marvell, and today chairs Waldo Holdings, a family investment office active across technology and financial platforms. At Bidayatech, Eyal serves as a founding investor and strategic partner, providing access to leading corporations, investors, and the global innovation ecosystem.

Aiman Saif is a distinguished Israeli economist and public policy expert with over two decades of experience driving macroeconomic growth and social equity. As the founding Director of the Economic Development Authority for Minorities within the Israeli Prime Ministerβs Office, he served as the principal architect of Government Resolution 922βa historic multi-billion NIS initiative aimed at closing socioeconomic gaps. Currently a Partner at The Portland Trust Israel, Aiman bridges the public, private, and philanthropic sectors to foster high-impact economic development, venture creation, and infrastructure integration. He holds an MBA from Bamberg University (Germany) and an MA in International Development from Clark University (USA).

Ibrahim Sana is a Negev Bedouin entrepreneur who holds a B.Sc. from the Technion and an M.Sc. in Information Systems from Ben-Gurion University. Following a decade in the tech industry at companies including Deutsche Telekom and Cisco, he founded Sadel Technology β Israel's first Bedouin high-tech company. The company's EdTech platform is used by over 250 schools in Israel and abroad. At Bidayatech, Sadel Technologies serves as the center's strategic technology partner, supporting entrepreneurs in product development and hands-on training.

Mahmoud Al-Amour serves as head of the Rahat Economic Company, the economic development arm of Israel's largest Bedouin city. He leads initiatives to attract investment, create employment, and develop Rahat's business and tourism sectors. He brings deep institutional knowledge of the Negev's economic landscape and strong ties to local government and industry, connecting Bidayatech to the city's infrastructure and broader ecosystem.

Enis Abu Alhasan is a Bedouin entrepreneur and innovation leader from Rahat in the Negev. Prior to founding Bidayatech, he served at the "Be'atzmi" NGO, where he led the PreTech initiative β making technology and innovation accessible to Arab society through specialized programs and policy engagement. He participated in the Quantum Spark accelerator program, powered by Taavura, Tadiran, Hyundai, and VDL, and built international partnerships through the GIN "Go Austria" innovation program. As CEO of Bidayatech, he leads the center's mission to build a thriving tech entrepreneurship ecosystem for the Bedouin community in the Negev.
